During the 4-day international cheese biennial Cheese 2013 held in Citta di Bra, Italy, on 20-23 september, the world had the opportunity to taste the Macedonian top-quality white and yellow cheese.
In the course of the festival, believed to have 250,000 visitors this year, a great many kinds of cheese from around the world were presented at the Great Hall of Cheese. Slow Food Macedonia took part in the event presenting the unique taste of the cheese from Galicnik, Lazaropole and Mt. Bistra.
