Relax and enjoy private day trips with your extended Macedonian family prior to dancing the night away.
1.Saturday, September 5th from 9:30 – Noon.
Take a guided coach tour of the famous Eastern Market with “Feet on the Street”. “Come Hungry,Leave Happy, Learn Healthier” and stroll from shed to shed and visit specialty stores to learn about unique products, hear fun facts and history of the area, while going behind the scenes and sampling various foods. You will get to know local growers and vendors, their products and some tips for improving your health with Michigan grown foods.
2.Saturday, September 5th from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Take a guided coach tour with “Feet on the Street” of Detroit’s Past, Present and Future. Experiencethe highlights of Detroit’s culture, history, famous sites, people and current and future developments of Detroit from the comfort of a bus. The tour will include Downtown, Campus Martius, The Detroit International Riverwalk, Midtown and Corktown. Our guide will tell us about the Macedonian residents who called the area home. Stops will be made at the magnificent Guardian Building, the Pure Detroit Gift shop and you may stroll the Riverwalk at Rivard Plaza. Water and snack provided.

THE BOAT RIDE IS BACK! Board the Diamond Jacks River Boat and enjoy dancing to Macedonian music with Chris Bajmakovich. Our private DiamondQueen Boat will cruise right along the shore of the heart of downtown Detroit: a one-of-a-kind experience. Only a cash bar and snacks are available on the boat, so eat your lunch before you board. School buses will provide transportation from hotel to boat launch and back to hotel. So join the gang and dance the afternoon away!
